Who we are

Anna AI is operated by Lifestyle Rich LLC, the company behind HeyClients. Our governing Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are published at heyclients.io/legal-info. This page describes how Anna AI specifically handles your data.

What data we process

To create content in your voice, Anna AI processes:

• Your account details (name and email address)
• Your brand profile: niche, audience, tone, and the writing samples you share with Anna
• Voice-note audio recordings and their transcripts
• The content Anna generates for you, and your chat history with Anna
• Usage data (logins, feature usage, and credit activity) so the app works reliably

Your content is yours

You own everything you put into Anna AI and everything Anna creates for you. We process your content solely to provide the service to you. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Anna AI relies on the following service providers, each operating under their own GDPR-compliant data processing terms:

Retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active so your brand voice, content library, and history are always there when you need them. If you'd like your data removed, email contact@heyclients.io and we'll delete your account data, including audio recordings and transcripts.
